By using jyra.am, operated by Meriaa LLC ("Jyra"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
About Jyra
Jyra is a marketplace connecting customers with independent Armenian fashion, beauty, and lifestyle designers. Each product is listed and fulfilled by an independent merchant/designer; Jyra facilitates discovery, ordering, and delivery.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may check out as a guest or create an account. Information you provide must be accurate.
Reserve with 20%
Select items can be reserved with a 20% deposit. The item is delivered for you to try; you may then keep it and pay the remaining balance, or return it via the courier. Reserve terms apply only to eligible local-collection items as indicated on the product page.
Custom Quote Requests
For products offering customization, a 50% advance payment is required to begin work. Final pricing may differ from the listed price based on your specific customization request, and will be confirmed with you directly before work begins.
Payment
Orders are currently fulfilled via Cash on Delivery. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
Fees
Orders under 15,000 AMD incur an 899 AMD delivery fee; orders at or above this amount receive free delivery. A small platform fee (1%, capped at 249 AMD) applies to help maintain the platform — this fee is waived for a new customer's first 5 orders.
Merchant Responsibility
Each designer/merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their own product listings, quality, and fulfillment. Jyra reviews and approves merchants and products but does not manufacture the items sold.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jyra means you accept the current version.
