Refund & Return Policy

Reserve with 20% Items
If you reserved an item and decide not to keep it, simply return it to the courier at the time of delivery, in its original condition with tags attached. Your 20% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of delivering the item to you for trial.
Full-Price Purchases
Returns for full-price items are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Contact support@jyra.am to arrange a return.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Items ordered through "Request a Quote" are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of a defect or error on our part. Your 50% advance payment secures your place in the designer's production queue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Since orders are currently paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be coordinated directly with our support team.
