Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Pre-Order items on Jyra are made specifically for you by the designer once your order is placed. Because each piece is custom-prepared, the following terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and begin preparation of your Pre-Order item. The remaining 50% balance is due in cash upon delivery.
No Refunds Once Preparation Begins
Because Pre-Order pieces are made to order, your advance payment is non-refundable once the designer has begun preparation. If you cancel before preparation has started, contact us immediately — refund eligibility will be assessed case by case.
Minor Variations Are Expected
Because these pieces are handmade or made to order, small differences in color, texture, stitching, or finish compared to the reference photos are normal and do not qualify as defects. Each piece carries the natural character of handcraftsmanship.
Preparation Time May Extend
The estimated preparation time shown on each product page is our best estimate, not a guarantee. Custom work, material sourcing, or high demand can occasionally extend this timeline. We'll keep you informed of any significant delay via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Custom Sizing & Requests
If you request a custom quote for a specific size, color, or design change, final pricing may differ from the listed price and will be confirmed with you before your advance payment is charged. Once confirmed and preparation begins, the same non-refundable terms above apply.
Quality & Defects
If your Pre-Order item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (not a minor handcraft variation), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with the designer on a repair, replacement, or resolution.
